Horsham Club Championship 2012-13: Mansson – Harris

My third Club Championship game of the season was on Tuesday night against Mick Harris. The game started with Mick choosing the offbeat Budapest Gambit as Black. I managed to secure a small edge out of the opening, which increased as Mick failed to pursue counter-play vigorously enough with Black. Some further errors in a difficult position allowed me to press home an attack against his king on the queen-side.

I give the game below with some brief notes.
